Do I have to sign a lengthy contract?
No. You are only required to sign a month-to-month rental agreement that is automatically renewed each month until you vacate.
Do I need insurance?
We urge you to get even more protection for your residential or commercial belongings with insurance. We can provide insurance for your possessions through a national company.
How is my unit secured?
We have the safest storage in town! In addition to our state-of-the-art 24-hour video surveillance, each steel storage bin is equipped with its own individual security alarm to allow access to you only. We also feature an electronic access gate.
Are there any restrictions on the length of stay?
One month minimum, month-to-month basis thereafter.
When do I have access to my storage unit?
Very convenient hours! Accessible every day of the year! 6:00 am to 10:00 pm.
